Local Buy -

As a qualified solicitor, Adam is Local Buy’s In-House Counsel. Adam joins Local Buy having recently returned from seven years in the UK where he worked for various local governments and other public sector bodies advising on commercial and procurement law. His last role was as senior solicitor (commercial) tasked with the setting up of Queensland Urban Utilities.

Adam also oversees Local Buy’s Managed Tender service which assists local governments in undertaking their own tender and requests for quotation processes. Adam is able to assist clients from the initial specification drafting stage through to the advertising, evaluation and award stages of the procurement process.
