Aileen joined Local Buy in 2011 after 15 years with Queensland Rail. During this time Aileen was the Strategic Sourcing Manager and Category Manager within the Procurement and Contract Services Division. Aileen managed both goods and services and commercial based contracts, specialising in transforming poor performing commodities into value add arrangements. Aileen also held positions within Traveltrain Catering and Onboard Services and Graphic Services.   

Aileen is proficient in the application of rapid sourcing principles to identify and analyse cost saving initiatives and her current focus is to facilitate the most effective and efficient procurement methods that provide best value for money outcomes for the end user organisation.
