A range of Asset Management systems have been pre-qualified through an intensive tendering process, enabling every council to save on the costs of tendering by selecting a suitable system. Each system has been tested and meets the requirements of the Roads Alliance (agreed data standards between the Department of Main Roads and the LGAQ)

This arrangement offers local government the opportunity to standardise on some or the entire Microsoft enterprise platform of products through an enterprise agreement. The EA offers software assurance along with other benefits provided by Microsoft.

This Preferred Supplier Arrangement (PSA) is for the supply, install, service and the repair and maintenance of Mobile Garbage Bins, Industrial Containers & Bins, Static Compactors, Associated Products and Services including but not limited to:

This Preferred Supplier Arrangement includes multi function devices, copiers, printers and managed printer services.

New to the arrangement is the inclusion of a specialised category listing which details ‘Environmental / Sustainable’ products across all categories allowing users of the arrangement to quickly and easily identify products that have an environmental message and claim. The Fixed Basket of Goods features a product listing of approximately 1900 lines which will deliver and service the majority of your office supplies needs.    The purpose is to allow every user of the arrangement to shop across a range of vendors for the ‘Best’ price for the most commonly used products.

This contract provides Lubricant Products to Local Government including all natural and synthetic based lubrication products - oils, greases, coolants and automotive fluids such as hydraulic and brake fluid.  Polishes, vehicle washes and AdBlue (a key component in Euro5 Emission Control for trucks fitted with SCR technology) are included for the first time.
