Probity Services

Local Buy's work in public sector procurement has been acknowledged through Local Buy's appointment to the QGCPO State Government Common Use Arrangement - External probity advisors and probity auditors for procurement (Contract Number: QGCPO 835-10).

State Government Agencies (as defined in the State Procurement Policy) are required to engage independent probity auditors or advisors for high risk procurement of:

goods and services procurement with a value of $10m and over
construction procurement with a value of $100m and over.

The above requirement does not prevent agencies from engaging probity auditors or advisors for high risk procurement below these thresholds.

Just quote the Local Buy Contract Number on your request for tender (RFT), request for quotation (RFQ), purchase order (PO) or letter of acceptance.
