Anita brings a robust background in systems and technology, having served as both a systems and business analyst, as well as managing customer implementations in her previous position at Queensland Government Procurement. It was in this role that Anita’s procurement journey began, gaining experience in category and contract management and stepping into backfill opportunities as Senior Category Manager and Procurement Manager.
After leading the implementation to successfully deliver the core Queensland Procurement Solution project, Anita now leads the Managed Services team, overseeing the transition from implementation to a Managed Service model. In her current role, Anita is responsible for driving service excellence, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and ensuring Queensland Government agencies receive ongoing support through a tailored account management program.
With a passion for stakeholder engagement, solutioning, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer outcomes, Anita combines her technical expertise and procurement experience to deliver optimal outcomes for her customers.
