Connor holds a Bachelor of Business Management and a Diploma of Business, providing a strong foundation in business operations and client engagement. With a background in account management and customer success across financial services and SaaS environments, Connor brings valuable experience to his role as Customer Success Coordinator.
As a part of the Local Buy Managed Services team, working on the Queensland Procurement Solution, Connor’s role is instrumental in assisting with the delivery of the account management program to Queensland Government agencies, including coordination of training, managing client communications, and supporting the Managed Services team with process improvements.
With a proactive approach and a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences, Connor has proven experience in combining academic knowledge with practical skills to help clients achieve their goals and guide new clients through the transition to managed service solutions.
