The Waste Management & Resource Recovery arrangement (LB344) offers Purchasers in Queensland, Tasmania and the Northern Territory a wide range of Asset Management services. These services are broken down within the following categories:

1. Asset Valuation & Financial Services
   Provides expert asset valuations, financial modelling, and register management to support informed investment decisions.
2. Strategic Asset Management (SAM)
   Supports long-term planning through asset strategies, risk assessments, and integration with corporate and financial plans.
3. Tactical Asset Management (TAM)
   Focuses on asset performance and lifecycle through condition assessments, feasibility studies, and maintenance planning.
4. Operational Asset Management (OAM)
   Delivers practical asset services including inspections, refurbishments, and remote monitoring technologies.
5. Asset Management Digital Services
   Enhances digital capabilities with asset data modelling, mapping, and software integration.
