Tuesday 4th August 2026 4.30-6.30pm
Tuesday afternoon kicks off with bump-in and networking, providing a wonderful chance to meet and engage with conference delegates.

Wednesday 5th August 8.30am - 4.00pm
The conference will span one full day on Wednesday 5th August, with guest speakers including Olympic swimmer Duncan Armstrong, Department of Home Affairs, Brisbane 2032's Dominique Lamb, as well as a variety of industry experts. It's an excellent opportunity for professional development, networking and participation in workshops and panel discussions. Additionally, you will also hear from several Queensland councils about current initiatives and their future plans.

Wednesday 5th August 6.30pm - 11.00pm
Get ready for an exciting night - our gala celebration is taking over the spectacular Sofitel Ballroom. There will be live music, photo booth, networking, vibrant festivities, and an unforgettable celebration to our 25th Anniversary.
