You are invited to attend our pre-tender briefing in relation to the expiry of two Arrangements:

• LB280 Asset Management
• LB279 Project Management

Both Arrangements expire on 30th January 2026 with no additional extension options available.

Therefore, Local Buy will be releasing new tenders to form two new arrangements on the 1st August 2025. 

• LB347 Asset Management.
• LB343 Project Management & Superintendency Services.

In order to remain a Local Buy pre-qualified supplier, you will need to re-tender for these new Arrangements. 

Our Pre-Tender Briefing will cover: 

• Benefits of being a Local Buy pre-qualified supplier including exploring our large customer base 
• Instructions on what will be covered in the new Arrangements 
• How to respond to our Tender/s to become pre-qualified on the new Arrangements 
• Your obligations as a Local Buy Supplier

There will be an opportunity for Questions & Answers at the end of the session.
