The February Arrangement round delivered a strong outcome, with 775 tenders received — a testament to the continued engagement and interest across our supplier network.
Throughout March, the Contracts Administration team in collaboration with independent evaluators carried out a comprehensive review of all submissions. Each response was assessed in detail against the Arrangement criteria, and clarification requests were issued where additional information was needed to ensure a fair and consistent evaluation process.
Assessment responsibilities were distributed across specialised teams, enabling every component of the submissions to be reviewed thoroughly and with a high level of accuracy. This coordinated effort helped maintain steady progress throughout March and ensured the evaluation phase remained on track.
As evaluations near completion and appointments progress, our focus now shifts to the final steps of the round. April will be a significant month as the Contracts Administration team begins issuing outcome notifications and sending Confirmations of Acceptance to successful suppliers.
Once suppliers are activated on VendorPanel, they will be ready to receive quote requests and begin supporting councils and government entities across Queensland. This marks the conclusion of a structured three month process — from tender lodgement through to onboarding — and we sincerely appreciate the patience and engagement shown by all participating suppliers.
Upcoming round
With this round drawing to a close, preparations are already underway for the next tender release on 1 May, which will introduce new opportunities across a range of categories. We look forward to receiving new submissions and continuing to expand our network of trusted suppliers.
