Since April, a fresh round of Tenders was released in May. Applications were open 1st May 2026 to 29th May 2026, and we wrapped up the month with 577 submissions.
We’ve now entered Month 2 of the process, which means the focus shifts to evaluation.
At this stage of the Arrangement process, we take a detailed look at the supplier submissions received. Each response is assessed against the established evaluation criteria, while also considering the broader procurement goals and objectives of the organisation.
Throughout the month, the Local Buy team will work closely with both internal and independent evaluators to review submissions received in May, manage any necessary clarification requests, and provide support throughout the evaluation process.
If you applied to become a pre-qualified supplier on one of our Arrangements in May, please keep an eye on your email and phone, as our team may contact you to seek additional information or clarification. These requests play an important role in ensuring evaluators have all the information required to accurately assess your submission.
Following the completion of evaluations, the team will prepare the necessary Evaluation Reports, which outline the results of the assessment process. These reports are then reviewed by Probity Advisors to confirm that all procedures have been followed appropriately and that assessments have been conducted consistently, objectively, and fairly across all submissions.
Looking ahead
Once June wraps up and all evaluations have been completed, we’ll move into July, where our administration team will begin notifying applicants of the outcome of their submissions.
Successful applicants will receive a Confirmation of Acceptance, along with details outlining the next steps in the process.
