At Gossi Park, we have always believed that reliable outdoor infrastructure begins with practical design and careful manufacturing. We supply councils and contractors with furniture, shelters and amenity blocks that are built to last, and we support them with a process that is straightforward and transparent.
Our business began with a focus on household furniture. Over time, that work expanded into café furniture and eventually into the open space products we supply today. As part of the G.James Group of Companies, we benefit from in house capability, local manufacturing, and a consistent standard of workmanship. This integrated approach continues to guide how we collaborate with councils and project partners.
We joined Local Buy in 2014 to make procurement easier for councils. Being listed allows us to meet clear criteria up front, remove unnecessary steps and provide confidence that we can support compliance requirements. It also opens the door for earlier conversations about product suitability, durability, and the long term maintenance needs of public spaces.
Gossi Park is appointed to Local Buy Arrangement LB304. Through this Arrangement, councils can access our full range of outdoor infrastructure, including amenity blocks, shelters, bins, and furniture.
Beaudesert Town Centre Gateway Park
For Scenic Rim Regional Council, we supplied several built elements for the Gateway Park upgrade in Beaudesert. Naturform installed our Model AMT103 S amenity block. The structure was built from anodised aluminium with a skillion roof, privacy screening, and compliant access features. It provides a compact, practical, and low maintenance solution for the site.
We also supplied two custom bus shelters directly to council. These shelters include a powder coated monument skillion roof, bronze anodised capping, and perforated mesh back panels. Spotted gum vertical slats and posts help integrate the shelters with the surrounding landscape. Both the amenity block and shelters were delivered as supply only items, and all dates were met.
These installations demonstrate the value of locally designed and manufactured public infrastructure. They also highlight how Local Buy Arrangements support predictable procurement pathways for councils working within tight program requirements.
