October recap
The August Arrangement round saw an impressive 1,007 tenders submitted, reflecting strong engagement across our supplier network.
Throughout September, the Contracts Administration team focused on the detailed evaluation of each submission. This process involved a thorough, question-by-question review to ensure responses aligned with Arrangement requirements. Where needed, clarifications were issued to support accurate and fair assessment.
Responsibilities were shared across dedicated teams, allowing each part of the submission to be carefully reviewed with precision. September was a true team effort, and with strong collaboration and commitment, we’re pleased with the momentum and outcomes achieved.
With evaluations wrapping up and appointments underway, our attention now turns to the final stages of the round. October marks a pivotal month as the Contracts Administration team begins notifying suppliers of their outcomes and issuing Confirmations of Acceptance for successful submissions.
Once activated on VendorPanel, suppliers will be ready to receive quote requests and begin delivering value to councils and government entities across Queensland. This marks the culmination of a rigorous three-month process - from tender submission to onboarding - and we thank all suppliers for their engagement and patience.
As we close out this round, preparations are already underway for the 1 November tender release, where new opportunities will open across multiple categories. We’re excited to welcome fresh submissions and continue expanding our network of trusted suppliers.
