A new refreshed and improved reporting portal, aiming to simplify and improve the reporting process for our suppliers, is on the horizon. We understand that monthly reporting can be cumbersome, and we've actively sought and heeded feedback from our suppliers to refine this essential process.

Some of the key improvements integrated into our new reporting portal include: 

  • Streamlined, user-friendly interface.
  • Capability to submit multiple returns for the same Purchaser, within the same period (reporting can now be segmented into individual projects)
  • Option to submit multiple NIL returns simultaneously (this is particularly beneficial for pre-qualified suppliers who are on multiple arrangements).
  • Empowerment for suppliers to independently update their business details.
  • Access to view and export previously submitted returns.
  • Enhanced system speed for optimal efficiency.
  • Comprehensive visibility into arrangements and categories suppliers are appointed to.

The new & improved Local Buy Supplier portal will be available for Suppliers to access in March.
