As we near year-end, it’s a great time to reflect on what we’ve achieved together. Thank you to our councils and partners for your continued collaboration and leveraging our Arrangements to strengthen your procurement outcomes. Our mission remains clear: helping you focus on strategic priorities – not paperwork or red tape.

October was a milestone month. We completed evaluations from the August tender round, advanced our new Disaster Management & Recovery Arrangement in collaboration  with QRA, and developed our new Disaster Recovery Procurement Toolkit to support councils during crises. We’re also finalising our Retail Energy Arrangement, incorporating PPA and gas solutions.

Engagement was strong, with 261 attendees across our hosted events, including popular sessions on Demystifying Contractor Insurance and Meet Your Category Manager. Connecting with Mayors, Councillors, and CEOs at the LGAQ Annual Conference also reaffirmed the strength of our partnerships, and it was a privilege to deliver the Peak Services group Annual Update to delegates.

November is all about momentum. We’ve released 12 Arrangements to tender on the request of councils, hosted the CQ Procurement Summit with 23 councils represented, and we’re participating in key conferences, finalising our refreshed brand identity, and planning for 2026 deliverables.
