Thank you for supporting the Local Buy Conference 2026.
Booth & Floor Plan
Sponsors and Exhibitors will be located in the main foyer. You are welcome to attend sessions; however, please remain silent while in the room to avoid disrupting the presentations to ensure a respectful environment for the speakers.
The booth layout has been designed to encourage friendly and open networking with delegates. Catering stations will be positioned throughout the Sponsors and Exhibitors area to help facilitate engagement. Depending on the size of your banners, you will be able to display one to two banners (approximately 1.2m of space) behind your bar table. Each booth will also include two bar stools. If you are a sponsor, please refer to your confirmation email for details on your specific booth inclusions.
Please note that bar tables and stools will be provided in a mix of white and black. You are welcome to decorate your space, provided all items remain within your allocated area. If you have any special requests, please email the exact details to the Local Buy Marketing Team.
Booth allocations will be sent to you one week prior.
Bump-in will be at 2.30pm-4pm on Tuesday 4th August followed by our networking event in the exhibition area.

For the opportunity to market your brand, we are including the option to provide an item for our Goodie Bags. We would recommend organising approximately 150 units.
We must be able to include all Sponsors/Exhibitors items in each goodie bag so please ensure your item is no larger than A5.
We will require your items to be received no later than Tuesday 21st July.

Please send your hi-res Logo and a brief bio of your organisation not exceeding 100 words, to marketing@localbuy.net.au, at your earliest convenience. This will enable us to kick off the promotion of your organisation.
Social Events
The conference kicks off with an exciting start, offering delegates and exhibitors to enjoy the initial networking event with light snacks and drinks, connecting with fellow delegates and suppliers.
