Joshua Brown is Local Buy’s General Counsel & Compliance Manager. With his diverse background in both public and private sector, Joshua provides a unique blend of commercial and legal acumen - as an admitted Lawyer, he also has a Bachelor of Law (Honours) and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
Joshua provides high quality legal support across the entire team, as well as ensuring that Local Buy continues to meet its legislative and probity obligations in delivering over 30 pre-qualified and preferred supplier LGA Arrangements. Other key responsibilities include (but not limited to) overseeing and developing Local Buy’s compliance program as contract negotiation with suppliers (from small local business to international corporations).
