Daniel O’Donnell is the Category Manager - ICT of Local Buy, joining the team in 2021.
Daniel joins us from his most recent role Brisbane City Council (BCC) where he spent 3 years in a ICT Contract Management role and brings a wealth of experience to our team to support and assist Local Governments and manage our ICT Services offerings.
He has experience in advisory/strategic Procurement, Contract Management and Category Management in ICT, Infrastructure, Goods & Services, Indigenous Cultural Heritage, Professional Services, Engineering Services, Geotechnical Drilling and Bridge Materials.
Daniel’s has lead/managed end to end strategic procurement projects in services across Federal, State and Local governments in such agencies as; the Commonwealth Attorney-General’s Department, Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) and the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR).
Daniel strives to deliver key procurement outcomes based on leading industry category management processes to achieve consistency and long-term profitability to meet strategic organizational goals.
