You are invited to attend our pre-tender briefing in relation to the expiry of two Arrangements: LB280 Asset Management and LB279 Project Management.
You are invited to attend our pre-tender briefing in relation to the expiry of two Arrangements: LB280 Asset Management and LB279 Project Management. Both Arrangements expire on the 30th January 2026, with no additional extension.
We are releasing two new Arrangements on the 1st August to replace the expiring Arrangements:
- LB347 Asset Management.
- LB343 Project Management & Superintendency Services.
All existing Local Buy pre-qualified suppliers will need to tender for these new Arrangements.

- Benefits of being a Local Buy Supplier, including exploring our large customer base.
- Instructions on what will be covered in the new Arrangements.
- How to respond to our Tender/s to become pre-qualified on the new Arrangements.
- Your obligations as a Local Buy Supplier.
There will be an opportunity for questions & answers at the end of the session.
