VendorPanel has launched its new online learning tool – the VendorPanel Training Academy. The Training Academy is a library of on-demand training and educational videos for users of the VendorPanel platform, with applicable module training provided for both administrators and end users.
Through the academy, users gain access to in-depth courses to enhance their experience and improve outcomes on the platform, specifically across the modules they engage with and use.
What the Training Academy enables for organisations:

What does the training content look like?
As VendorPanel's official learning resource, the Training Academy educates users on how to unlock the power of each module to help all users and teams make better decisions for their organisation.
The academy has been designed to allow ease of learning and ease-of-use. The bite-sized videos are only 5-10 minutes in length, allowing for maximum engagement and learning across the modules your organisation uses. It is hosted on an easy-to-use, interactive platform (ON24) designed to enhance the overall learning experience.
In each session, VendorPanel trainers will take users through each module and demonstrate commonly used additional features. This allows users to feel more comfortable accessing the modules while enabling maximum value for your organisation.
How do users access the Training Academy?
Get in touch with your VendorPanel Customer Success Manager or Account Manager to chat about getting access to this new tool. Or get in touch via our contact form here.
Once activated, users can access the Training Academy directly from the VendorPanel platform, either from the Rubix menu or from Home. If you have already purchased a training subscription, then your Training Academy access has been switched on.
When you want to begin a training session, you will choose the relevant module, submit some details on the registration page, then begin working through the sessions in order.
